We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied or defective unit with your Cuchen purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and boxes with all accessories.
Return Authorization will be denied that Items with major or minor damaged or missing accessories such as manual, cup, scoop, steam cover, dew dish.

All Returns will be inspected.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging over a period time for in case after purchase.
Applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of maunfacturer's defect,
A 15% preocessing & restocking fee is charged for non-RMA confirmation item, used or which does not include original box, accessories, parts.
A 15% restocking fee do not apply what if item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered.
If returning items purchased by a gift card or reward point, all or a portion of the gift card, reward point amount may be deducted from your refund or exchange.

All returns must be authorized by Cuchen service center, with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation. All returns without RMA confirmation will be denied. Cuchen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We Strongly Recommend to enroll in your Carrier’s proper shipping insurance for loss or damage.
Upon delivered package, clients must report any visible damage within 48 hours to get eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to a Home & Home Store or Mail to Cuchen Service Center within 7 days and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
