Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cuchen. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1~2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free shipping

Free shipping policy is limited to the orders above $99 and specific items of less than $99 and regrettably, please understand that free shipping is limited to the US main land, excluding US territories.

The other regions will be priced based on shipping carrier’s calculation method and will be added automatically upon payment.

The delivery method is UPS standard shipping, FedEx Standard shipping, USPS priority mail. another shipping option is available at an additional cost.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We charge sales taxes for merchandise ordered on site based on the applicable state sale tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Cuchen ships to addresses within the U.S. will not ship to U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Cuchen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
